1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Zero Rota, a workforce scheduling platform operated by Zero Rota Ltd. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in GBP and exclude applicable taxes. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full feature access. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Zero Rota. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zero Rota for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or to interfere with the service's operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Rota Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
